Axis Bank account holders can download statements covering up to 18 months from internet banking. Longer periods require a branch visit or customer care request.
Via Axis Internet Banking
Log in at axisbank.com. Click "Accounts" then "Account Statement." Choose your account, set a date range up to 18 months, and select a format. PDF is most common but Excel works well if you want to sort or filter transactions.
Via Axis Mobile App
Tap your account in the app. Select "Account Summary" then "View Account Statement." Pick a period and download. The app also lets you share the PDF directly over WhatsApp.
Via email
Email axis.statements@axisbank.com with your account number and the date range. Include a copy of your ID proof. Axis typically replies within two working days.
PDF password
Axis PDF statements are locked with your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format. Some accounts use the last four digits of the registered mobile number instead.
