Yes Bank went through a financial crisis in 2020 and was restructured under RBI supervision. The bank now operates normally and its digital services are fully functional.
Via Yes Bank Internet Banking
Log in at yesbank.in. Go to "Accounts" and click on your account number. Select "Account Statement." Choose a date range of up to 12 months and download the PDF. The site also offers XLS format for Excel users.
Via YES PAY App
Open YES PAY on your phone. Tap on your savings or current account. Go to "Statement." Select the time period and download. The app lets you share the PDF directly by email or WhatsApp.
Via SMS banking
Send "MINI" to 9840909000 from your registered mobile number. Yes Bank sends a mini statement with the last 5 transactions by return SMS.
PDF password
Yes Bank PDFs are password-protected with your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format by default. If this does not work, the password may be your customer ID. Contact customer care at 1800-1200 if you are locked out.
